Apt for Rent in Renovated Crown Heights Apt

I'm looking for a subletter to take over my room from March-April 30th. The room is in an amazing, recently renovated Crown Heights apartment with high ceilings, exposed brick, modern appliances and fixtures, extra large closets, and hardwood floors. The apartment has three bedrooms, so you would share the space with my two roommates (one guy, one girl), plus my roommate's dog who is the most mellow and best behaved dog ever. The roommates are clean, quiet, friendly and respectful, so I really need to find someone who's the same.

In terms of location, the apartment is on a safe, quiet street that's two blocks from bumping Franklin Avenue, less than a ten minute walk from the 2/3, 4/5, and C trains, and is about a 20 minute train ride to Union Square.

Details: The room is $1050 for each month, so $2100 if you take it for March and April, and this includes some utilities and free use of our flatscreen TV which has Apple TV, Netflix, HBO GO, Hulu, and cable.
