Hello! We're looking for a new roommate to move into our gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment in Crown Heights, Brooklyn on August 1st

THE ROOM:
-$950 - this room is the 2nd largest of the 3 bedrooms, has two large windows, closet, hard wood floors, pretty crown molding, access to the fire escape, and room for a queen size bed, dresser, and night stands. This is the bedroom shown in the picture.

THE APARTMENT:
-Gorgeous modern 3 bedroom apartment in a renovated building in Crown Heights just a block away from the popular bars, restaurants, and shops on the lovely Franklin Avenue.
-5 minute walk to the A/C subway at Nostrand and 12 minute walk to the 2/3/4/5 at Franklin on Eastern Parkway.
-Central heat, exposed brick, wood floors, high ceilings, track-lighting, modern bathroom, keypad entry, laundry in the building.

ABOUT THE ROOMMATES: I'm a 31 year old yoga and pilates teacher who also does SAT tutoring. I just moved back to New York and found this awesome apartment with my roommate Leah Elizabeth Weiss, who is a 32 year old female graduate student and full-time medical assistant. She has been living in this amazing apartment for a little over two years. We are kind, respectful, clean, and responsible gals. We both like to come home to a quiet, relaxed apartment after long days and go out for drinks with friends when we can but don't bring the party home, and we're looking for the same in our roommate.

OTHER DETAILS: Utilities/Internet are not included but are usually around $50-$75 per person. We need to make a decision as soon as possible and provide our landlord with your security deposit by the end of week ~ please only contact us if you're ready to commit :)

REQUIREMENTS - YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN THE LEASE - $100 credit check and income verification, via last two paystubs or last year's tax return. Guarantors are welcome if needed. To move in/take the room - 1 month security due immediately - 1st month due on August 1st.
