Large bedroom with closet on the first floor of a building on Eastern Parkway. Renovated kitchen. Hardwood floors throughout apartment, One block from the 3/4 train. Should be able to sign one year lease for July 1 move-in. Potential to move in a few days earlier. My current roommate may be out of the apartment by then. Apartment has love seat in living room but bedroom is not furnished. Will post pictures of apartment later this week. Heat included. Electricity and gas is additional - typically around $35/person.

Ideal roommate is a working professional in his/her late 20s or early 30s who is considerate, clean, friendly, and pays bills on time. Please no couples, pets, or people with significant others who function as 3rd roommate. Please be working full-time and not from home.
