Large Bedroom on Franklin Ave in Crown Heights

Hey, I?m a PhD student looking to fill my room. My roommates are clean, easygoing and enjoy nights in and out, but work hard and respect others? space. The apartment is a beautiful renovated walk-up on Franklin Avenue in Crown Heights. This room comes furnished. There is a large closet, and north eastern facing window that provides plenty of light. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the A/C, a 10 minute walk from the 2/3/4/5, and a 15 minute walk from prospect park. The neighborhood is amazing, and you?re a short walk from clinton hill, prospect heights, and park slope. There are currently two other roommates, Rory, who works in the hospitality industry, and Leanna, who is a college writing professor. My room becomes available on June 15, though an earlier move in is negotiable. The lease needs to be renewed on Aug 1, but the landlord has indicated it is no issue to get a new tenant on the lease.
