On offer is the large interior bedroom (no window but VERY airy and spacious) that comes fully furnished with a queen size mattress and box spring w/ extra plush bedding, an end table, a cozy lounge/reading chair, a small, 6 tiered shelving unit and your own 32" Samsung smart TV with Roku streaming! There is a deep closet with GREAT storage capacity in the room as well. We will share the rest of my fully furnished GARDEN APARTMENT. That's right, I have a HUGE 1500SF NEWLY LANDSCAPED private backyard! It really must be seen to be believed. There are two couches in the living room, a 42" flat screen with home theater system, a modest windowed kitchen with everything you need to cook and nice clean bathroom with great water pressure. The entire ground floor unit has a VERY COOL and unique layout with 2 separate entrances-one on the ground floor which I use and one on the parlor floor which the guest will use. It really is a super spot for sharing. Sorry, NO PETS! The apartment already comes with my two indoor/outdoor cats so any guest would have to be cool with my creatures. There's no litter box (they handle their business outside) and come and go as they please. Sorry NO COUPLES. NO PARTIES. NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS.

*This is a temporary room sublet and will be available from anywhere between 1-3 months (offered on a month to month guest agreement). Longer term may be possible via extension of the agreement provided you are a good fit. I am looking for someone clean, quiet and respectful. I have had this place for 12 years now and made it a very comfortable place to live. It is on the best block (St. Marks Ave bet. Franklin and Bedford) in the hottest neighborhood in Brooklyn and is literally 5 doors down from the bustling Franklin Avenue strip which has quickly become the new Smith Street in the BK. Every subway you could possibly need is less than 10 mins walk away (2/3/4/5/C & S!) A train only 11 mins walk. Laundromats, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops...seriously everything you want is at your doorstep.
