Sunny Crown Heights Room in Furnished Apartment

Hi, my name is Caro. I've a Miami transplant living in NYC for almost 9 years. Spent my first 6 years in Carroll Gardens, have been in my current apartment in Crown Heights for 3. I'm a social worker working at a hospital in Manhattan. Keep pretty busy on weeknights, enjoy hostessing from time to time on weekends. Looking for a new roommate as my previous roommate moved to Los Angeles. Apartment is furnished, except for the available room, but happy to discuss mixing our furniture if there are pieces you already own! Building is safe and friendly with Tenant's Association, doorman and Laundry Room in basement. Closest Trains are about a 10 minute walk away: the Nostrand Avenue A/C, Nostrand Avenue 3 and President Street 2/5. Room is on the smaller side but easily fits a full size bed (tight squeeze for a Queen but doable!) Bedroom comes with a HUGE closet and two windows, both of which have blinds. Apartment has two hallway closets for additional storage. Breakdown of costs are as follows: Rent: $1125.50 (Heat and Hot Water Included); Internet: $40 each/month; ConEd: $15-$20 each/month; National Grid: $10-$20 each/month.
