Short- or longterm, never share a bathroom again!!

Looking for one person or a couple (add $250 to the monthly rent in the case of a couple!) to move into a fully and comfortably furnished bedroom with private bathroom in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. I am the only other person living in the apartment.

The apartment is huge, and has been well loved and decorated by me over the last eleven years of my living here. Located on the third floor of an elevator building, we are a short walk to the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, the Brooklyn Museum, the main branch of the Brooklyn Public Library, and the Saturday Farmer's Market at Grand Army Plaza. There is laundry in the basement of the building, as well as an outside 24-hr laundromat a few steps away. The area is gentrification-full of restaurants and bars, and has all the amenities you'd need in a neighborhood as far as grocery and other types of merchants are concerned. The building is one block east of the Franklin Avenue subway stop on the 2, 3, 4, 5, and S trains, and has access to several bus routes going north and south into Brooklyn.

The shared living room is plant-filled, is north-facing and gets loads of light from sun-up until sundown.

The room available is furnished with a full bed, a desk, a love seat, and a couple of chairs. There is a separate closet in the room with plenty of storage space, as well as a private bathroom with standing shower. The kitchen is well equipped, and a much used room in the house!
