Great Building in Prospect/Crown Heights

I have one room available January 1st in a 2 bedroom apartment very conveniently located in Crown heights /prospect heights - it's a newish, building with a private balcony and skyline view, and the best heating and AC I've had in this city. Close to the 2,3,4,5, A, C, a slightly further walk to BQ and G

Uilities and wifi usually total up between 40 and 80 depending on the season.

Your roommate: I'm a 26-yo queer woman, been in the city about 7 years now, and love it with every cell in me. I work 9-5ish at an architecture and design nonprofit. Very quiet at home, though I do have friends over for brunch or a low-key drink most weeks. Always been super communicative with my roommate and we talk things out immediately - no post it note wars, just being adults. I've had a couple cleaning jobs throughout the years and keep things pretty shiny out of habit. You don't have to be flawless but should definitely be an adult who does their dishes and knows where the broom is.

My roommate is gone from Jan 15- March 1, and can either sublease for that term or from January 1st.
