Private Room in Spacious Crown Heights Apartment

I am moving soon and looking for someone, preferable a young female in their early 20s, interested in taking over my space in this lovely 4 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. You will have three new roommates who are all young and busy, who enjoy both going out and staying in. We all respect each other's space, sleep, and things.

This is a month-to-month situation, no lease required, but we would prefer someone looking to stay medium to long term. Soonest availability to move in will be Nov. 15. This apartment is on the first floor of the building and can be described as spacious and airy with lots of natural lighting.

When you open the front door, you will find the washer and dryer directly behind it along with a space for guests to put their shoes/umbrelles, etc. The kitchen is also at the top of the house, where there is a fridge and an oven/stove-top (no dishwasher, sorry!)

Just down the hall is a large living room space where we have two couches, a coffee table, and a TV - a perfect space for entertaining your friends or for having some down time to binge-watch some TV. There is a closet in the living room for extra storage since two of the rooms (including the one I am advertising) have no closet space.

The room being advertised is furthest away from the front door. There are large windows that reveal a pleasant view of the front of the house and Eastern Parkway, which makes the lighting really great or if you want zero light, I recommend black-out curtains! The room is spacious enough to fit a queen bed (and maybe even a king if you want to roll that way), a lamp, small table, and mirror. Since there is no closet, I used a clothing rack and bought some closet accessories from Target to make the most of my space.
