My roommate is moving out, having found a deal on her own place, and I'm looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom Crown Heights apartment starting January 1 with some flexibility! The room can be furnished, with furniture purchased from my prior roommate, or unfurnished.
The apartment is large, with hardwood floors and plenty of light and closet space in the bedrooms as well as a renovated kitchen and bathroom.
The location is great, near the Brooklyn Museum, Botanical Gardens, Prospect Park, etc. Plenty of bar and restaurant action on Franklin, Washington, and Vanderbilt Avenues. Also great subway access, with the 2/3 trains at Brooklyn Museum, the B/Q trains at 7th Avenue, and the C train at Clinton Washington.
About me--I am a half Colombian lesbian in my late thirties with leftist politics. Folks with leftist politics, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and international folks are especially welcome to apply!
