This is for a ***SHARED ROOM*** with another guy. *****NOT A SINGLE ROOM****

Agreement: We will need you to complete a background and credit check (approx 35$), and agree to some house rules on cleanliness. You will have to sign a sublease agreement. We need proof of income as well as records that you paid rent on time in the past. Letters from past roomates or landlords always a plus.

You: Non-smoking. No pets. Organized and tidy!!! Steady employment. You pay rent on time. Not the type to bring the party home. We work hard/late and we are looking for a chill, communicative, roommate who picks up after themselves.

Us: We are three 20s-30s models/former models who have lived together for three years. I?d characterize us as artists as we each have our own little creative projects going. It's not unusual for us to all be piled on the couch watching a scary movie and eating ice cream. Non smoking, we kick back with one beer. We don?t have parties or have groups over often, but we do have occasional photoshoot or rehearsal.

Apartment: Rent stabilized. Renter?s insurance policy that you can be added to. Renovated before we moved in so appliances and fixtures are all new! Heat in the winter, AC in the living room in the summer. We have nice furniture, a TV. Buckets of closet space. More kitchen pantry space than we could ever use. Netflix, Amazon Prime.
Complex: Elevators, 24 hour security, maintenance, exterminator, laundry in the building. A courtyard. Across from a 24 hour Rite Aid with a pharmacy, and several affordable grocery stores.
Room: Big windows that open. Half a closet.
Rent:
~550 a month (will go up a few bucks in summer when we resign lease)
To move in:
500$ Damage deposit
50$ Renters insurance.
~35$ Credit/Background Check
Neighborhood: Q, B, S, 4, 5 Trains. Really fast commute to Manhattan. Safe and one of Brooklyn?s fastest growing neighborhoods! Tons of bars and hip restaurants. Across from Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanical Garden, Brooklyn Museum, and Brooklyn Library.
