Our apartment is available for sublet from mid January through the end of April. My boyfriend and I have lived here for 4 years and we absolutely love our apartment. We will be traveling and we're looking for someone to sublease it while we're gone. It will be fully furnished and have everything you need - towels, linens, kitchen appliances, etc. The building was built in 1929 and has all the perks of a well designed and well maintained pre-war apartment building including an elevator, a beautiful lobby, thick brick walls, and elegant moulding. The neighborhood is lovely and our apartment is very quiet. It would be perfect for one person, a couple, or two friends (the living room could easily be used as a second bedroom).
