I have a large room available in my two bedroom in Crown Heights just off Franklin Ave. Apt and room are furnished on the ground floor, making it an easy move. If you have your own furniture, we can move out any existing furniture to accommodate. Apt is about a 5 min walk to the 4,5,2,3 for an easy commute to Manhattan. Apt is right near great bars and restaurants and is in walking distance to Prospect Park and Central BK Library. The current lease ends at the end of February although anyone looking to move in earlier may likely do so as my current roommate does not live here full time.

A little about me: I'm a 35 year old male working in tech who's clean and respectful. I work remotely two days a week so I'm home quite a bit, but like to enjoy time off with friends in BK. I like to keep to myself, but am friendly and sociable as well. I rarely cook so if you do, the kitchen will be yours most of the time :)
