Cheap Room Available for February 20

My roommate and I have a room that will be open on February 20 in Crown Heights. It is a 3 bedroom apartment with all hardwood floors, recently renovated kitchen, renovated shower with bathtub, and a portable washing machine at your disposal.

Although the room comes unfurnished and has no window to the outside, it has a window to the living area/kitchen and is able to hold a full-size bed and large desk.

Extra storage and very close to all trains (Franklin Ave shuttle, A and C at Norstrand, 2, 3, 4, 5 at Franklin Ave, and B44SBS). The apartment is on a very quiet and safe street as we are 2 doors down from an elementary school.

We are two artistic females who are extremely nice and both with busy jobs. We do occasionally have friends over, but we are quiet people and won't bother you.

Who we are looking for: We would like someone who is clean, ok with a very shy cat, lgbtq+ friendly, pays rent on time***, and ok with the occasional conversation in the common area.

We are asking for first and last month's rent with security deposit = $2325.
