My two bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is a third floor walk-up located in Crown Heights at the intersection of Saint Marks Avenue and Franklin Avenue. It has a lovely balcony. There is a laundromat across the street and the nearest grocery store is a two minute walk.
The room is very spacious (133 square feet) with a large closet (depth of 2 feet, height of 6 feet). It is north-facing and has lots of natural light. It does not share a wall with another unit. The apartment is furnished and the room for rent can be if you need.
The room is available now until July 31st. Rent is $1200 per month, plus utilities (negotiable).
