2 bedrooms available in a three bedroom apartment (on the 4th floor of a walk-up, so unfortunately not handicap accessible).

Bedroom #1 has a full brick wall and a massive closet. Currently the room has a full bed with a large dresser and nightstand plus a small desk (for scale in the pictures, it will be unfurnished). Beautiful wood floors and high ceilings.

Bedroom #2 is larger with a smaller exposed brick subset of the wall opposite the door and same size huge closet as bed #1. Currently fits queen bed, large six-drawer dresser, nightstand and small vanity with ease (will be unfurnished) Beautiful wood floors and high ceilings.

The living spaces are mostly fully furnished (once my roommate moves out there will definitely be room for growth if you are attached to any communal pieces you would like to bring). The kitchen has newish, full size appliances, and we have most kitchen utensils but the more the merrier. The living room is very comfy, gets tons of light and I have a tv with most streaming services (HBO, Hulu, Netflix) that I already pay for and you are welcome to use.

The bathroom has an amazing shower! There is a washer and dryer in unit.

The apartment is right where most things are happening in Crown Heights. Short walks away from Franklin street, tons of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Can easily get to prospect park, the brooklyn museum and grand army plaza via eastern parkway (walking, citi bike). President street station (2 and 5 trains) is less than 2 min away - Nostrand Ave station (3 train) is a short four min walk.

I am a 25 year old female currently working in retail. I am social and would love to be able to chat with my roomies or share a meal. I love to watch tv/movies, knit, cook, hang out with friends and listen to music. I am looking for someone who must be lgbtq friendly.
