Light filled Room in 2BR Prospect Lefferts

Hello & Welcome!
I am looking for someone to fill my room in my light filled 2 BR in Prospect Lefferts April 21st 2021-May 2022. If you enjoy your stay we can extend it up to another year or 2 years. I have lived here for 3 years now.

I am a graphic designer. I am open minded, respectful, friendly, and a very clean roommate that is easygoing.

POC and Queer Friendly!~

***Note:
Room is unfurnished other than a desk that you may choose to keep or give away, photos are from when previous roommate lived there.

The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apt, 3rd floor walk up.
The room available has 3 big windows, fire escape access, and a lot of sunlight.
-Room is 140 ft²
-Wifi, heating, and utilities not included in rent price but are very affordable. Feel free to message me to ask.
-2,5 trains 3 min walking distance (Sterling St)
-3,4, trains 9 min walking distance (Nostrand Ave)
-Quiet and beautiful neighborhood
-2 clean and great laundromats just around the corner as well.
-Supermarket across the street
-10-15 minute walk to the Brooklyn Museum, Botanical Gardens, and Prospect Park
-Great kitchen and living room and lots of sunlight.
-3 big windows

What I am looking for in a roommate:

-Preferably someone older
-Matured, clean, punctual and responsible with monthly rent 1150$.
-Clean individual that cleans after themselves and doesn’t mind keeping things tidy
-Someone stable and cordial that respects others, knows when to have fun and does not bring the party home!
-A person that has been keeping social distance and wearing a mask at all times while outside.
-Non smoker. No smoking of any kind.
-good credit & income
