Large 1BR/BA in beautiful Crown Heights (August 1)

My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate in our very spacious 3BR Crown Heights apartment. It doesn?t feel like an NYC apartment, but an actual place to live!

At the end of a quiet cross street lined with trees, the apartment has a large common area and a great kitchen for cooking. It is recently renovated, has amazing natural light and has an outdoor deck (quarantine lifesaver). It also has central air, which in NYC is amazing, sell or leave the window unit in storage!

The place is a quick walk to the 2/5 (President St.) and 2/3/4/5 (Franklin Ave.) subway stations. A block from Franklin Avenue, there is easy access to great restaurants and bars, a few grocery stores, and a large 24-hour laundromat. The apartment is close to the Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Library and Prospect Park. The location is really ideal.

The room ($1,500) we are seeking a roommate for is the master bedroom. It is off the street, big, and it has its own bathroom ? great privacy. The room can fit a king-sized bed and other furnishings (dresser, desk) and has a large closet. The bathroom has a bathtub and separate standing shower. Perfect for someone that just wants their own space.

Your roommates would be me (guy) and one girl. We are both in our early 30s, mid-career professionals. We are friendly, quiet, and usually out and about most of the day (pre quarantine)! This kitchen made me into an aspiring cook, the same can be true for you! We keep a clean and organized space. We will not be all in your business, but we are not isolating either. We are looking for good camaraderie! Ideal roommate is friendly, clean and considerate.
