I have a room for rent in my pre-war apartment in Crown Heights at Eastern Parkway and Franklin Ave. I'm looking for someone to move in between July 1st and August 1st.
The Rent:
$1100/month, all utilities included. First and Security due when you move in ($2200 total). 6-month minimum stay, but totally open to longer.
The Room:
9' x 9.5', fits a full-sized bed, desk, and dresser, comfortably. It has a closet and a window that looks out to an alleyway. There is a window air conditioner that you can use! The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. No smoking inside. No pets
About Me:
I'm a 35-year-old laid back gay man. I work in restaurants, so my hours vary from week to week. In my free time, I like to discover new bars and restaurants, things in the city, binge some tv, and generally have a good time. I don't bring the party home.
About You:
Clean, respectful, LGBT friendly, gainfully employed (when not in a pandemic), between 21-42 years old.
The Area:
Laundromat is 0.2 miles away and is very nice. The 2/3/4/5/Shuttle at Franklin Ave is steps away. Close to all the bars and restaurants on Franklin Ave, 2 blocks from the Brooklyn Museum, and very close to Prospect Park.
