Hello! One room available in a two bedroom apartment on Crown St between Nostrand Ave and Rogers in Brooklyn. Apartment was newly renovated when I moved in two years ago. New appliances in the kitchen. New amenities and tiles in the bathroom. Rooms are on opposite sides of the apartment.

Room (?bedroom 1? pictured above): Two windows. Easily fits a queen bed, dresser, shelving unit, and Tv. Small closet, but there are three large closets in the hallway that can be used.

Bigger room (?bedroom 2? pictured above): The second room in the apartment is bigger, with more floor space and two large closets. Fits queen/king, night stands, desk, dresser, and small chair. Would consider renting this room for $1300 ( I would take the smaller room).

Before COVID-19. I worked 7am-7pm. Didn?t spend much time in the apartment. Rarely used shared space. Mostly out with friends or partner on weekends.

During COVID-19. Hope to live with somebody that respects general COVID-19 safety measures. No hosting groups for now. I?ve been living at my partner?s apartment, but will likely start spending more time at home now that social distancing measures are loosening.
