Hey! My roommate and I are looking for someone (preferably FEMALE) to take one bedroom in this 3 bedroom apartment and sign a new lease! $800/mo, 1 YEAR lease starts JULY 31. The room comes with a closet and can fit a twin or full sized bed and a small vanity. The living room, kitchen and bathroom will all be already furnished.
