Lots of space - inside and out

Looking for a roommate to fill a spot in our very spacious 2 floor apartment.
The room is quite large (13'x15') and rent is $1100.
The apartment is in Crown Heights on a quiet tree lined street. It has hardwood floors throughout, good closet space and a big private backyard. Two very large common spaces (with plenty of room for workouts, yoga, dancing, etc) and kitchen downstairs, bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Five minute walk from 3 train Kingston stop. Grocery store, laundromat, Walgreens, bodega and deli all within a one block radius. Some restaurants close by, many more a 10-15 minute walk away.
You?ll be sharing the space with two women - one (she/her) a coder, writer and very involved in local/state politics, the other (they/them) a dancer, personal trainer and general creative type. We?re committed to having a chill home environment with good communication and respectful conflict resolution.
We are also careful about covid precautions and hope that you would do the same.
