I am subletting my room in an extremely spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment located in Crown Heights. It is conveniently located off the 3 train on Nostrand Ave and the 2/5 train on President St. This apartment is truly one of a kind! The apartment is over 1,000 square feet, and the available room for rent is roughly 250 square feet. It is an incredibly spacious room with natural light, a large closet, and complete with it's own private bathroom. There are 2 other roommates currently living in the apartment who have their own bathroom in their own rooms. The apartment is complete with a modern kitchen and has a washer/dryer within the unit.
