Large sunlit Crown Heights bedroom, March 1 move

Recently renovated apartment on third floor of Crown Heights apartment. Large, sunlit bedroom available in a four-bedroom apartment; the fourth bedroom is an office space for one of the roommates (or guest bedroom, once people can travel again), so there will only be three people living in the apartment. Roof space available, very welcome for outdoor drinks and picnics when the weather gets warmer. No dishwasher or W/D, but all other appliances are new and have run perfectly. Available bedroom has a full-length mirror and has ample room for a queen-size bed and full workspace. My roommates are looking for their own space, and I have lived here for the past year and love the apartment, so I hope to fill it. The space will be available on March 1, and the lease will run through February 28, 2022.

The ideal roommate is someone who is responsible and respectful. Keeping common areas clean and dishes washed is a necessity. Dogs are definitely welcome, though since it's a small space, would ideally want to keep it to one pet. Sadly, one of the roommates is allergic to cats.
Would love to be friends with my roommates and do roommate dinners and drinks from time to time (I've used the pandemic to learn how to make cocktails - will gladly make a pisco sour, Manhattan, or caipirinha upon request), as well as occasional activities around the city, but I also have no problem with retreating to my room for some solo reading or Netflix time. Added bonus if you enjoy going to baseball games (go Yankees!), are seeking the best slices of pizza in the city (led a Brooklyn pizza tour for a few friends), or have extensive thoughts on Taylor Swift's discography.
