Sunny Room for Rent in Crown Heights

Hello! I'm moving out of my Crown Heights room to live with my partner and am looking for someone to take over my room until the lease ends at the end of June (lease could be extended depending on other roommates). The rent is $1000 a month and the room can be left partially furnished with a queen bed if you want. The room faces the street and gets loads of sunlight through a beautiful giant window. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has rooftop access. The apartment has a microwave, dishwasher and central air and heat plus laundry in the basement. Its less than a 5 minute walk to the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains at the Franklin stop.

My two roommates are busy professionals who are the greatest! Both are chill, friendly and contribute to a community atmosphere of shared meals, pastries and chores. One manages a nonprofit while the other is a med student. I'm hoping to move out and have someone move in before the end of this month. DM me for more info or more pics!
