Room in Crown Heights

Hello!

We are two young creatives looking for a third roommate.

Cost: $820+ utilities included. The month of February $410 as the room is open in the middle of the month.

Room: 1 closet, window facing to backyards, heat, and window A/C for summer months.

You: Pays rent on time, very considerate with others, clean and tidy, friendly and unassuming.

Roommates: all of the above.

Rules of the apartment: no noise after 11 pm, clean after yourself, be considerate with roommates, neighbors, and super and neighbors. We love this place and neighborhood, and hope you do as well!

About the area: nice local Caribbean spots, restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby, laundromats and park two blocks away.
Located on Bergen St, 5 minutes walk to A & C train and 10 to 2, 3 & 4. Close to Brower Park and 25 min walk to Prospect Park.

About the apartment: you would be sharing a nice sunny living room, bathroom, a separate dining room area and kitchen.
We don't smoke at home but have access to the roof.
