April-July Sublet (Rest of March FREE!)

Hi y'all! I am looking to sublet my large bedroom within a three bedroom apartment in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The apartment is very spacious as it encompasses the entire building— the bedroom we’re looking to fill is on the first floor and has it’s own private backyard attached. The first floor also has a large shared living room and kitchen (equipped with dishwasher). There are two more bedrooms on the second floor, a bathroom, and a private roofdeck. In the basement, there is a second bathroom with great water pressure (which would be for your private use); large washer and dryer; and a large storage area. This apartment is truly a gem. In the surrounding area, there are three amazing supermarkets, several coffee shops, and incredible restaurants. Brooklyn Museum, Botanical Gardens, and Prospect Park are all just a stone’s throw away! The A/C trains at Fulton St. are about 10 mins away and the 2/3 & 4/5 at Franklin Ave are even closer than that.
The two roommates are in their mid-twenties and are very clean, respectful, and fun to live with. They are hoping to find someone whose energy matches theirs and who could hopefully become a friend amidst the pandemic. Perfect living space for couples, young professionals, and open-minded individuals. Due to the large nature of the apartment, it is an excellent place to live while working from home. 

Oh, and the apartment is dog friendly (no cats as one roommate is allergic)!
