I'm looking for a roommate to join me in a sunny and beautifully renovated 2 bedroom apartment in Crown Heights available Sept. 1 for $1,150/month. First month + security deposit to move in. (Utilities separate)

The apartment overall is charming, complete with lots of natural light, big windows, a washer and dryer in the unit, a full kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, fire escape, common closets, and a closet in the room. The room available is unfurnished, but everything else is taken care of.

It's a 2 minute walk to the 3/4 at Utica Ave and about a 20-25 minute ride into Manhattan. It's about a 25 min. to walk to the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park.

Me: I'm a professional woman in my 30s who's low-key, enjoys cooking, and currently working from home(like most of us). I like to keep the apartment clean, water plant babies on occasion and am looking for a woman similarly situated, clean, likes a balance between both peace and quiet and being sociable. No pets allowed, unfortunately.
