1 Very Large room available in 2 bed

The room is $1350 a month including all utilities and wifi. I'll take pictures of the bedroom for rent tomorrow after my roommate cleans it, haha - but it is very large. The apartment is on Eastern Pkwy in Crown Heights, about a block and a half away from the Franklin Ave stop (2/3/4/5). We have a washer and dryer in unit, and a dishwasher - all of which are only 3 years old, and we are also very close to Prospect Park, and the Brooklyn Museum. The apartment shared space is completely furnished and the Kitchen is stocked - you would only need bedroom furniture and whatever else you want to bring. I do have a dog - and she has quite a bit of playful energy, but is also super sweet and cuddly. I need someone who is GREAT with dogs, as sometimes I work intense hours for work, and having someone to help with her at those times is very important. We are on the ground level, with a small fenced in yard right on the parkway.

I work in theatre, so either am working lots of hours, or very few. I am looking for someone who is clean, willing to hang out occasionally, and is someone who is easy to get along with / become quick friends!
