Looking for Temporary Roomie in Crown Heights

Unwind at home in a newly renovated apartment in the heart of Crown Heights with two other individuals in their late twenties. Relaxed home atmosphere, large kitchen, lots of counter space, brand new fridge, new stove with built in griddle. Large living room with exposed brick and window to the backyard. Super high ceilings that give the apartment a luxurious yet charming feel. Conveniently located next to many buses, trains, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Transportation is either 5 or 10 minutes away walking, everything else is a 60 second walk from the apartment!

Bedroom has a very large closet with lots of storage space, a window that overlooks the mini courtyard, enough space for a twin, full, or queen bed and a dresser and nightstand or shelf.

Looking for someone who not only cleans up after themselves but cleans on our rotating schedule, nothing too demanding, we clean the bathroom/shower once a week and take turns mopping the floors and cleaning the kitchen counters and stove. Someone who is friendly, kind, ambitious, interesting, easy-going and just a laid back person. The apartment is a safe space to come back to and enjoy being home. Everyone's on different schedules but of course we overlap sometimes. If you want to help me fix up the backyard and possibly plant some fruits and veggies, that's a plus!
