Room in Crown Heights

Room available for rent in a 3-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment for $875/month. This is a great apartment located in the heart of Crown Heights, right off Nostrand Ave. Centrally located near the A, C, 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains (5-7 blocks to each). Laundry in the basement, central heating and a/c, and access to the rooftop and backyard. Apartment is on the first floor, with 8 steps up to the entryway of the building. Utilities per person normally come out between $50 and $100/month.

Room can easily fit a full size bed (pictured) with extra room for additional furniture.

You'll be living with two roommates, both kind, communicative, and respectful:

Adam is a 25-year-old graduate student. He likes to read, cook, and host Shabbat dinners (which roommates are always invited to!). His favorite neighborhood hangout is Chavela’s.

Daniel is a 25-year-old fact checker. In his free time, he enjoys running, writing, and baking. His favorite neighborhood hangout is Brower Park.

Roommate must be fully vaccinated, lgbtq-friendly, and a non-smoker.

You will sign onto the lease, which runs through May 31, 2022 (with possibility of renewal). Landlord requires good credit and proof of income.
