Room for June in sunny 4 bed duplex!

Seeking a subletter for an unfurnished room, available for the month of June. It is one bedroom on the second floor of a 4 bed/2.5 bath apartment. Short term rentals considered. Price is $775 for the room for the month + utilities but could be flexible.

Our space is big and bright with the living and dining room on the garden level, leading to our spacious kitchen with a dishwasher and ample storage. Out back from there we have access to a large private porch and a very green backyard we share with the next-door neighbor.

There is one bedroom with its own full bathroom also on the first floor. Upstairs, there is a full bathroom and a half bathroom and three bedrooms. The room available has a decent sized closet, a ceiling fan, and a window on a shared wall with another bedroom that filters in daylight. I know that’s a unique quirk but has worked for previous roommates and comes at a pretty good price. There's a curtain to the window on your side as well.

Since this apartment has three steps down to the first floor entrance and a flight that goes up to the rooms on the second floor, it is not considered accessibility friendly. Cats are allowed and dogs are case by case.

We're looking to continue fostering a communicative, clean, and friendly environment. The location is near the 2/3/4/5 train on Franklin Ave. We're pretty close to Prospect Park as well. This will be a queer-friendly space, happy pride month!
