Only available to females. No cats, only dogs. Not a sublease, you are taking over the lease, you have to pay your own security deposit (one month's rent). You would be taking over on November 14, 2022 and the lease is up July 31, 2023. Be ready to provide proof of income, rental history, photo ID, and bank statements.

Brower Park is right next door, we are equidistant from the A, C, and 3 trains. B43, 44, and 65 are all 1-2 blocks away.

Three other roommates, all girls, all 23 years old. We all graduated from UT Austin in Texas. One roommate has a dog, she is completely house trained. In unit laundry and roof access.

The room is fair size, fits a queen sized bed, an "outside closet", and a nightstand. You'd share a bathroom with one other person as the apartment is two bathrooms.

Gas stove (~$10/month), hot water included in rent, electricity is around $50-70/month, optimum for internet, $25/month.
