Sunny, south-facing large bedroom that can easily accommodate a queen sized bed and other items, for rent in Crown Heights for July 1. You would be taking over the lease ending in December 2023, with the option to re-sign for a one-year lease thereafter.

I am leaving this lovely 2BD/2BA apartment and looking for a mature working professional to replace me. You’ll be living with one other person, a male POC in his 30s who is super easy to live with. Ideally, you’re someone who is clean, respectful, open, and communicative.

The monthly rent is $1,428.00, not including utilities, which are about $100.00-$200.00/month depending on the time of year. We are on the first floor so there is some ambient street noise and you can also hear the LIRR on Atlantic Avenue sometimes. There are three units in the building, all above us (no shared walls).
