Roommate wanted for 1 year lease

2B1B in Crown Heights short walk from 3/C lines. Laundry in basement of the building. 2nd floor walkup. Shared backyard space and literally across the street from Brower Park. Central AC/heat. Available room is unfurnished and fits full bed and desk easily with decent size closet. Lease starts July 1 but move in as early as June 26. Must be okay living with my friendly and playful cat Sushi! Otherwise just looking for a chill roommate. As a 4th year medical student I work early mornings and go to bed early too. I cook most of my meals and make sure to keep the apartment clean. I tend to keep to myself in the apartment but enjoy hosting game nights with friends once in a while and am chatty when provoked. I spend most of my free time knitting while watching trash TV.
