This affordable room in a HUGE apartment in Crown Heights is available for a new tenant on June10th, move in date negotiable. We are a 5 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat, located on the top floor of our building. 7 minutes walk from the 2,3,4,5 trains, 10 minutes from the LIRR, and 15 minutes from the A, and C. Beautiful residential Neighborhood. We have 1 cat, which is very friendly, but we won't be accepting more pets at this time.

There are 5 of us all together, but the rooms are fairly far apart, and you would only have one immediate neighbor, and no one actually lives in that room, then the living, dining, kitchen, and bath separate you from the rest. Message me for more information, or to set up a tour.
