Apartment is close to the Fulton Mall shopping area, NYU, Pratt, plus Trader Joe's and Target are opening soon only 2 blocks away. Lease starts as soon as possible. Utilities are $50/mo. Deposit is $300. No broker fees but we would appreciate some background information :)

A little bit about us: we are a guy and a girl (early 30s) who both work full time and are rarely home so the apartment feels very much like a timeshare and personal space is always respected. Neither of us smoke, drink, or party at home but we do like music and Netflix. Apartment is available for viewing on weekends or after 7PM weekdays.
