Location is in Downtown Brooklyn/Boerum Hill and is close almost all subways (A/C/G under the building, 2/3/4/5 less than 5 min walk, F/R/B/D 5 -7min walk). Atlantic terminal and Barclays center 10 minute walk. Building a target/Trader Joes/Century 21 2 blocks away.

I am moving out Oct 1 and need a sublet until November. You have the option to renew with my current roommates as they are staying another year.
