I?m relocating back to London and so the apartment can be available from Dec 1st or to sign a new lease which starts 1st Jan. Can be furnished or unfinished.

The current flatmate is lovely and whereas we have often don?t cross paths in the week, we do hang out and will sit around on a Sunday drinking prosecco and watching anything on Hulu/Netflix.
