Female Professional For 2Bd/2Ba In Ava Dobro

Hi! I?m looking for a female roommate (preferably working professional) to sign a lease with me at AVA DoBro. It?s a 2BD/2BA so we?d have our own bedroom and bathrooms. The building has awesome amenities (it?s an Avalon building) including a gym. We just have to split electric and WiFi.

A little more about me as a roommate: I work in tech and just moved from SF and looking for a new chill home. I?m super conscientious about cleaning up after myself, and am looking for roommates who are the same. I like when we all pitch in to help keep the place clean and feeling like a home. I have a few friends in the city already from college, but looking to find new ones too. I like my alone time, but always down to catch up and have a glass of wine or a shared meal. I like to hang out with people outside the house on weekends, but also appreciate game or wine nights in.
