Furnished private room available in a 2 bdr apartment in luxury elevator building. Looking for a chill, clean and considerate roommate.

The bedroom has a queen sized daybed, closet, couch and a 52 inch TV with Fire TV stick. The room has lots of sunlight with 2 windows.

My place has everything to make your stay as cozy as possible. The kitchen has utensils, silverware, pans, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, oven and dishwasher. Laundry and gym are in the building. Extra storage space in closet in hall-way.

Building has its own mail room and live-in supper. All utilities are covered except laundry which has its own smart card system.

The apartment is 1 block from Fort Green Park and a 5 min walk from A, C, F, N, Q, R & 2/3 trains. Only 2 stops to Manhattan.

CVS and a Bodega is a 1 minute away from the building. Trader Joe's, Target, movie theater and the mall are a 5 minute walk. Whole Foods and Apple store is a 10 minute walk.

I have lived in this neighborhood for the past 7 years - during school (NYU) and as a working professional. I have stayed in the current apartment for a year and I love it here.
