1 Bedroom in Luxury Building - Downtown Brooklyn

Hi,

We will be leaving the country and are therefore looking for someone to take over our lease. Move in date would be anytime after September 12, 2020. The lease can be renewed on March 7, 2021. The price is $2,918 per month. Deposit would be 1 month.

It is a one bedroom in a luxury building on Gold Street, Downtown Brooklyn (257 gold street). The apartment is 770 sq ft and is on the 11th floor.

Closest subways are A, C and F at Jay st, and then Q, R and B at Dekalb.

Wegmans supermarket is a 5 min walk from the apartment and Trader Joe?s/target/century 21/ movie theater are about 10 min walk.

The building has an indoor pool, a gym, lounge, a rooftop overlooking Manhattan and doorman 24/7. The building is pet friendly.

Washer and dryer in the apartment. 3 built in closets.

We will not be bringing things such as lamps, couch, kitchen stuff, tv, etc. with us so we can discuss leaving them in the apartment if interested.

If you want to do a virtual tour of the apartment we will be happy to do so.
Otherwise we are home so feel free to set up a time to stop by and see it. Masks will be worn and distance will be held:)
