Utilities average between 50-70 per month depending on season. You will be sharing the bathroom with one girl. Our kitchen is spacious and always clean and we both rarely cook. We are very clean and quiet. I’m a nurse and the other is student and work at a restaurant. We are looking for someone who is clean, friendly and courteous :)
