The apartment is huge by NY standards - 1300 sq feet with 15 foot ceilings, in a loft style with exposed wood beams. I have fallen in love with it for this reason, and am sure you will too.
It has a gym, rooftop deck, great management company, modern appliances, and is dog friendly.
You would have your own fully furnished double bedroom and bathroom.
It is close to all the major subway lines and a 24 hour grocer. It's in a fun, up and coming area and on a quiet street.
I have full amenities: Washer / Dryer/ Dishwasher / TV / Internet / a great kitchen and a fabulous open plan living room. I have fully furnished it with the exception of the second bedroom.
I am 30, clean, professional, and easy going.
