I'm moving in with my best friend who is only in new york for a year and so, i'm looking for a subletter to fill my lovely room + bathroom in this beautiful apartment
What do you love about this place?
The apartment has floor to ceiling windows, a balcony, a private rooftop, private bathroom, bike storage, package room, gym, and the convenience of being in such a wonderful neighborhood in Brooklyn. We're walking distance from Target and Trader Joe's at City Point and the people who live in the building are also fun and friendly.
What isn?t so great about this place?
Honestly, not much- it requires heat during the winter because of all the windows but there's an A/C in each room controlled by a thermostat. There's no closet in the room but I have a wardrobe in the living room that i use for my coats and a clothing rack in the room that adds to the functionality/aesthetic of the room.
