Gorgeous furnished private room in a great quiet place in a great location. The building is a two story, it?s the only apartment in the building, the place is two bedrooms in the second floor walk up over a restaurant in a nondescript walk up.

Close to F and A trains as well as many busses and the ferry and Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Looking for someone who is generally clean, quiet, respectful, easy to get along with and can communicate, just like I am in reverse. My house is peaceful, I don?t bring the party home and prefer the same.

I constantly clean the bathroom and wipe kitchen surfaces, try to clean up after myself as I go when I cook and exist and leave things better that when I find them, I have two cats (I?d prefer they were the only pets) I change the litter box every morning.

Room is 15?x20? a full 300 square feet! Furnished as shown with queen size bedframe, dresser, chairs, bookcase and home office area with large walk in closet as shown in photo.

Up bet 5 and 7 am, sometimes work from home during the day, also have a workshop in the area, 50/50 eat dinner home/out, usually go sleep early, up for couple hours during the night , start again at 6am and repeat?..
