Large unfurnished queen-sized room with a private ensuite bathroom available in a first floor apartment located in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn. Looking for a clean and responsible roommate(s) (couples allowed) to share the living space, which includes the shared living room and kitchen area.

$1,100/month. Utilities are included, but may increase during summer months depending on AC use. Apartment is a 10 min walk from the 71st stop off the D train, in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. There is a Key Food right outside the station, also a Walgreens and a laundromat right around the corner from the house.

The room has one huge south-facing window that allows plenty of natural light.

No pets allow.

Age 20 to mid 30s preferred.
