We have a great 2-floor unit in a private home! We are looking for a roommate for our largest room, it has a sizable closet and has more than enough space for a king size bed.

The house is located in the safe and quiet neighbor of Dyker Heights on 12th Ave between 70th and 71st street. 2 mins walk to the B64 bus and 10 mins walk to the N, Q, W trains.

There is one and half bathrooms in the apartment, a big living room with a closet, a spacious kitchen and a backyard that you have access to.

A little about us: we are students who also work so we are quite busy. We have a small cat that is very quiet and keeps to himself. We don’t smoke and we don’t party hard so there won’t be a lot of people coming in and out of the house. We are also safety oriented and have been getting tested regularly for COVID-19. We hope whoever rents with us is also being safe.
