3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom renovated townhouse near Brooklyn College in need of one final roommate.

Looking for someone quiet; independent and responsible. Respectful of personal space and safety. We are not a party house. Current roomies are both professional females who don't spend a lot of time in the apartment.

The available room is completely unfurnished so you have the luxury of designing it however you like; the living room and kitchen area are pretty neutral; we like space; so clutter is not welcomed.

Decent credit and proof of income is required per the Landlord. Must be willing to sign a lease and split utilities.
