Looking For A New Roommate (Only Female)

Hey guys

I have a room to rent in my home in Flatbush Gardens in Brooklyn, my current roommates are moving out and Im staying. My new roommates will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Gas, wifi & electric is includedIdeally, I?m looking for someone to stay at least 6 months, a non smoker, not too noisy, and cleans up after themselves. I work weird schedules but love to come home, feel relaxed and comfortable with a glass of wine.
